Pool Guidelines
Upon purchasing your new home, you became a member of the Homeowners' Association (HOA). All HOA members - in good standing - have access to the Community Amenities. The pool and cabana are behind a card-access gate for security and health reasons. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCESS CARD TO ENTER THE POOL AREA. One card is allowed per household and cards are good year after year. If you do not have a card or are in need of a replacement card, contact Excel by phone at 972-881-7488 or by email at Remember, it is not recommended that anyone swim alone and there is No Lifeguard on Duty so supervision of children is MANDATORY.

Pool Rules
Children Under 14 Must Be Accompanied By An Adult (18 or Older)
Do Not Swim Alone
Persons With Contagious Diseases or Open Infected Sores Will Not Be Allowed In The Pool
Proper Swim Attire Required--All Diapers Must Be Covered With Tight Plastic Pants
Children’s Pool For Ages 5 And Under Only--Children Must Be Supervised
No Diving, Running, Pushing or Other Dangerous Horseplay
No Smoking
Glass Containers Prohibited
No Food Or Beverage In Or Near The Water
No Skateboards, Bikes, Scooters, or Roller Blades Inside Pool Gates
No Pets, Except Service Animals, Allowed Inside Pool Gates (TX State Health Code 265.203-F)
Keep Music, Etc. at a Non-Offensive Level
Maximum 4 Guests Per Member—Guests Must Be Accompanied By An Adult Member (18 or Older)
Members Are Responsible For Damages Caused By Them or Their Guests
Members Are Authorized To Expel Any Person(s) Due To Disruptive Behavior, Being Underage, or Lack Of An Adult Member Present
It is the responsibility of each resident to see that these rules are enforced in order to maintain a safe pool area for the use and recreation of all concerned. The Board of Directors has the obligation and right to suspend the membership and pool privileges of any member who abuses their privilege or creates a safety hazard for others.

You may email Excel at to make your pool reservation. Calendar is ONLY for use during the time pool is open for the season--When pool is closed, no reservations may be made.

Please Adhere to the rules listed below:
Your party must be scheduled during Non-Peak Hours(Parties are limited to 2 hours with only 1 party per time slot.)
Monday--Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday--Sunday from 10 a.m. to Noon

Please be aware that the Community Amenities will remain open to all residents during your celebration. No individual party or gathering can monopolize the pool or playground areas.
Party sizes should be limited to 20 people total--including guests, siblings, and parents. Please make sure you have a safe adult-to-child ratio. Clubs, and organized groups are NOT permitted.

Be sure that all swimmers are aware that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and that party participants swim at their own risk.

You are responsible for cleaning up after the celebration. Sweep the floors, wipe off the tables, and pick up trash. Excessive amounts of trash should be taken with you and deposited in your home trash can. Leave the area clean for the other residents - just as you would want it to be. The HOA Board of Directors reserves the right to charge residents a cleaning fee if an area has not been cleaned up - as required - after a celebration.
